Membership Freeze or Cancellation Request
Please read our membership policies before completing the form:
Membership Cancellations: Memberships can only be canceled as of the next billing cycle date unless a later date is specified. Memberships CAN NOT be canceled retroactively. Membership charges will not be refunded if you submit your cancellation request after you were already charged.
Membership Freezes: Memberships can be frozen for 1 month periods based on your billing cycle date. Freezes CAN NOT be applied for less than a 1 month period. You are permitted to freeze your membership for up to 3 months each year. Your membership will be frozen starting with your next billing date unless a later date is specified. Freezes CAN NOT be applied retroactively. Membership charges will not be refunded if you submit your freeze request after you were already charged.
