40 Hour Yin Restore
Teacher Training
Starts October 10th, 2025
Thank you for your interest in our upcoming Yin Restore Teacher Training. We are thrilled to be able to offer this training at Yoga Room Hawaii starting in October! The training will be led by Cecilia Ryan & Paula Colletti.
Our intention for this training is to provide you with an opportunity to dig deep into your Yin Restore practice as well as to expand your knowledge of yoga anatomy and teaching concepts.
Yin Restore is a slow paced, gentle, yoga practice that utilizes long holds of postures to provide connective tissue stretching, deep relaxation, nervous system regulation, and stillness in the mind. In class students will use props such as blocks, bolsters, and straps to find depth and support in each shape.
You will also leave with a new community of fellow Yin Restore students and teachers!
Meet the October 2025 Leads!
Cecilia Ryan E-RYT 500
Cecilia found yoga in 2000 and started teaching in 2004. She embraces yoga and life holistically. To her, yoga is the study and application of philosophy, science, lifestyle and movement on and off the mat. She continues her education of the ancient and modern approaches to well-being and weaves this knowledge skillfully into her teachings. Her classes are marked by creative flow, structural alignment and present moment awareness to equally strengthen and ease body and mind. Her aim is to leave her students feeling strong, grounded, clear, and joyful.
Paula Colletti E-RYT 500
Paula has been teaching yoga since 2011 and teaches power vinyasa, sculpt, hot power fusion, and yin restorative. Paula also created and leads the teacher training programs offered at YRH. As one of the owners of Yoga Room Hawaii, and the studio manager, Paula is dedicated to creating an environment where students can grow, heal, expand, and feel empowered!

SCHEDULE:
Friday, October 10th - 11:00am - 5:00pm (includes taking 1 Yin Restore Class)
Sunday, October 12th - 8:00am - 2:00pm
Friday, October 17th - 11:00am - 6:00pm (includes taking 1 Yin Restore Class)
Sunday, October 19th - 8:00am - 2:00pm
Friday, October 24th - 11:00am - 6:00pm (includes taking 1 Yin Restore Class)
Sunday, October 26th - 8:00am - 2:00pm
*Attendance is mandatory to complete the training requirements and receive your certification.

COST:
$800 for YRH members / $1,000 for students who are not members
Payment plans are available
$100 deposit to secure your spot (Your deposit is refundable up until 2 weeks prior to the training. If you cancel your reservation for the training within 2 weeks of the start date, October 10th, 2025, you will forfeit your deposit.)
