Kids Yoga with Emily Barnes (Ages 6-12)

Ground Down in Gratitude.

This month we will focus on gratitude and how we can gratitude throughout the day! We will be moving through mindful breathing, movement, and end with a gratitude craft!

Don't forget to bring a water bottle and I will see you on your mat!

Parents must take the corresponding yoga class and stay in the YRH space the entire time their child is present.

Emily recently moved to Oahu from Japan. She has been teaching kids yoga for the past 6 years and is thrilled to be bringing kids yoga to Yoga Room! Each 60 minute class moves through story time, mindfulness, yoga, and ends with a craft or game revolving around that day's theme.
