Kids Yoga with Emily Barnes (Ages 6-12)

This month's theme for class is Observation. 

We will start class by practicing Humming Breath, and observing how this breath feels in our body. Then we will flow through yoga postures observing how these postures feel when we move fast, slow, and at a normal pace. Lastly, we will finish class by making homemade chia pets, which will allow students to continue growing their observational skills at home.

Don't forget to bring a water bottle and I will see you on your mat!

Parents must take the corresponding yoga class and stay in the YRH space the entire time their child is present.
