Kids Yoga with Emily Barnes (Ages 6-12)

This month's theme for Kids Yoga is Focus.

Together we will practice poses and reflect on how yoga can allow us to focus on one posture at a time.  We will slow down our breathing and postures to be able to check in and notice how we feel. After yoga, we will make worry stones out of clay, to allow students to check-in and focus on their feelings throughout the day. We will reflect on how using a worry stone can help stay more focused at school and home. 

Don't forget to bring a water bottle and I will see you on your mat!

Parents must take the corresponding yoga class and stay in the YRH space the entire time their child is present.
