March's yoga theme is Balance.
Together we will talk about how yoga can help us feel more balanced in life. We will be practicing balancing postures on our yoga mats along with yoga blocks and note how that feels in our bodies. Lastly, everyone will end the class by decorating their own eye masks to fully surrender into savasana, allowing our bodies to ground down and rest.
Don't forget to bring a water bottle and I will see you on your mat!
Parents must take the corresponding yoga class and stay in the YRH space the entire time their child is present.
