After we drop into our bodies its time to enjoy some amazing music and intentional movement practices that are known as Brazilian Zouk. This dance is so much fun and we will be sharing the basics from the rhythm and the basic steps. No partner or experience neccessary. You will love this! 

9:30 Socializing / dancing practice time. 

Hang out with your old and new friends and try our your new dance moves!
